 The return shipping cost is at your own expense, depending on the courier company and from which country you are returning your package.    

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The goods must be returned to us unused and unwashed, with the tags still attached.

If you indicate that you want to exchange an item when registering your return, we will do so immediately. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days. 

Unfortunately, sometimes a product is damaged during shipping or manufacturing. We are of course happy to clarify this with you. Please send a message to  info@aussieactix.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Ask customer service about your options. We will let you know when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already returned and the product is out of stock, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
